Delivery Turnround

We aim to ship within 24 hours if the items you have selected are in stock. We will notify you of the stock status when you have ordered so that you are aware of the anticipated ship date and stock status. Deliveries to the UK are normally received in 1-2 working days depending on the level of service shown or available. International order delivery times depend on your local postal service, but are generally received in under 5 days for near destinations and up to 5 weeks for Australasia

Shipping Information

We use two delivery services – Royal Mail Signed (£2.25) and Special Delivery (£6.95) services depending on the value of the consignment.

Signatures are required for all consignments.  Deliveries to work places are at your risk as we cannot take responsibility for the efficiency or otherwise of your company’s postal service.

Shipping costs to other countries

Because of the high cost of shipping to other countries, we send our shipments by UK Royal Mail postal service which in turn uses your own local postal authority.  We use a signed for delivery service to track and trace the shipment to ensure it is received by you.

Delay or loss of overseas shipment. We undertake to post or ship the items via UK Royal Mail to the point of shipment outside the UK, however, we cannot take responsibility for local postal service delays or loss, or local Customs procedures which may delay or lose your shipment.  We can provide proof of shipment from the UK if required.

Payment Card Security

We use PayPal to process payments by your payment card or you can use your PayPal account.  This company is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) which regulates the credit card industry. We also comply with the industry standards to take Mail Order Telephone Orders, however, to fully guarantee that we do not have access to your payment card details we prefer you to use our web site to order.  All data given by you is destroyed after processing.

As part of this process you will be transferred to the PayPal fully secured site whilst they interface with your bank. All your details are kept on that site and are not accessed by us at all thus minimising unauthorised access to your details.

We have been certified by the Payment Card Industry as falling within their guidelines for card processing good practice.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
